Terms and Conditions for Free Penetration Test Offer
- Eligibility: This offer is open only to organisations with a minimum of 50 employees.
Maximum Investment: The total value of services provided under this offer is capped at £10,000 per organisation. Any work exceeding this amount will be billable.
New Customers Only: A new customer is defined as an organisation that has not engaged in any business transactions with FoxTech within the previous 36 months or has not received a proposal from FoxTech within the last 6 months.
Eligible Services: This offer applies exclusively to FoxTech’s cybersecurity services. All other services are excluded.
Limited Availability: FoxTech reserves the right to limit the number of free penetration tests available under this offer.
Offer Period: This offer applies to any agreements made in February 2025. The actual work may be carried out beyond this date, subject to timelines agreed upon within the project proposal.
Withdrawal of Offer: FoxTech reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the organisation to which it was originally extended.
Subject to Agreement: All services will be conducted in accordance with a signed agreement outlining the scope and limitations of the work.
